1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of uniforms and merchandise from the RDAV online shop. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Pricing

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Prices may change without notice.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept secure online payments via our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
• RDAV does not store your card details.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. RDAV reserves the right to cancel or refund an order if stock is unavailable, payment issues occur, or an error is identified.

5. Shipping

• Orders are shipped within Australia only (unless otherwise indicated).
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.
• RDAV is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather).

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy (see below).
Return postage is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was supplied.

7. Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product information; however, colours and sizing may vary slightly. If a product is materially different from its description, you may return it in line with our Return Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• RDAV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
• Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair or refund of the purchased item.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
