Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your RDAV purchase. If something isn’t right, we will work with you to resolve it.

1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Return postage is at the customer’s cost.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, you may request an exchange within 30 days.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional postage for sending the replacement item.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

  • A faulty item
  • A damaged item
  • The incorrect product

RDAV will cover the return postage and provide a replacement or full refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos if possible.

4. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Hats
  • Water bottles
  • Any item marked “non-returnable”

5. How to Arrange a Return
Email admin@rdav.asn.au with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if faulty or incorrect)

We will provide instructions for posting your return.

6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Shipping costs (for change-of-mind returns) are non-refundable.
